Melissa Winters, Environmental Protection Specialist at the U.S. EPA Region 10
Since 2008, Melissa has been a member of the Materials Management and Stewardship Team, where she focuses on green buildings, industrial materials recycling, and federal facilities. Melissa has her Master of Science in Environmental Health from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University.
