Program on the Environment combines natural sciences, social sciences and humanities to provide students with a deep understanding of how humans interact with and influence the environment.
We encourage students to think about their role in creating a more sustainable future and provide the learning community for them to become future environmental professionals and leaders.
As a program, we strive to gather community to discuss environmental professions and issues, as well as build momentum and glean inspiration from partners who are making purposeful change in our world. We invite you to join us for upcoming events.
Our alumni work at government and nonprofit organizations, businesses and consulting firms. They remain engaged with the program through participation on the Alumni Board, community get togethers and career workshops.
External partners are an active part of our community, collaborating with and mentoring students in their senior Capstone projects. We appreciate our many long-standing partner relationships and welcome new partners to join in supporting our students.
Explore the variety of student Capstone projects to see how our graduates apply their knowledge and leadership skills to make a difference on campus, in their community and around the world.
