Intermittent Job Opportunity:  Working with Friends in the new Waterfront Space

Friends of Waterfront Seattle is seeking fun and engaging folks to work with us at Waterfront Space, a new event venue and project showroom dedicated to the Waterfront Seattle project.

As the City of Seattle replaces the failing infrastructure of the seawall and the viaduct, the community is seizing an amazing opportunity to reimagine how our city is connected to its wonderful waterfront by creating a new destination park to serve all of Seattle with dedicated cycle tracks, pedestrian promenades, lush native plantings, open park spaces, fun and innovative programming. We are looking for part-time candidates interested in a low hour commitment to be Guides at Waterfront Space and we will give priority to candidates who are available on weekends.

Interested applicants should email a cover letter and resume to jordan@friendsofwaterfrontseattle.org  with the title “Waterfront Space Guide” in the subject line.

About Friends:  Friends of Waterfront Seattle is the nonprofit organization established to ensure Waterfront Seattle’s success as a beloved destination park, all along the nearly two-mile stretch of our beautiful and unique central shoreline.
