This position will support the work of the Events & Customer Outreach team in the Marketing & Creative Services division. The Events & Customer Outreach Intern will assist with planning and scheduling outreach events, track information and reports on events, manage data generated, draft and disseminate follow-up surveys as needed. The Intern will also participate as a member of the outreach team in staffing events and direct customer outreach efforts, including the use of the mobile Customer Service Terminal and Undriver Licensing Station, and interact with the general public, answering transit-related questions and helping with trip-planning.
