ENVIR 500 “Science Writing for Impact” has created a website of their writings. The course was sponsored by UW’s Program on the Environment and taught by Seattle reporter, writer, editor, and writing coach Stacey Solie. Here the students highlight recent findings and issues in their respective fields of study, hoping to shine a light on the wealth of scientific knowledge that’s otherwise hidden inside the walls of academia.
