In this seminar, explore the triple bottom line of sustainability – sometimes referred to as “people, planet, profit"—and topics like fair trade and the culture of consumerism. Guest speakers include industry professionals from Theo Chocolates, Cedar Grove Composting and the Neighborhood Farmer’s Market Association.
