Creating Change: How Universities can Foster Student Innovation to Improve Campus Sustainability and Reduce Environmental Impact by Providing Project Development Services

The purpose of this study was to formulate a program for the EcoReps organization that could assist students in developing their sustainable projects on campus. As universities continue to implement more sustainable initiatives on campus, student ideas and innovations becomes valuable insight as they progress through their studies. For my project, I used public databases to find information on sustainable development, effective project management, effective project selection criteria, and information on student development and participation. The research that I found allowed me to develop the Project Development Process for my organization and revise the program to operate around these changes.
