For this study, I worked with the Friends of Discovery Park on improving restoration methods within Discovery park. The project was designed to determine if individual barriers can have a positive effect on plant survivability by preventing physical damage. Also, a survey was implemented in this study for the purpose of gathering information on the public’s thoughts of the use of barriers within city parks.
