I was the biofuels intern in the Office of Air, Waste, and Toxics at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Seattle. My responsibility was to coordinate a web seminar (webinar) about biofuels to inform various stakeholders on biofuels issues. As a second component, my project consisted of researching biofuels extensively. Both my site supervisor and faculty advisor helped guide my research to provide background and prepare me for writing an analysis paper. Interacting with experts and professionals in the industry also contributed to my academic research for my capstone.
