Abestos Policy Enforecement Strategies for the EPA

I worked to identify key strategic targets for asbestos inspections by identifying local permit agencies and other data sources, and by gathering best practices and examples from other EPA Regions and from OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). I helped EPA to consolidate a regional lead and asbestos enforcement strategy for EPA Region 10 by helping to facilitate a partnership between EPA Region 10 and Oregon State OSHA; this partnership could become a template for other states and regions.
