During my project, I conducted the Verification Review for Green-e Energy Certification Program housed in the Center for Resource Solutions (CSR), a non-profit organization. Additionally I conducted research on historical trends of verification data from the years 2001-2011. My goal was to see how the growth rate of the data changed from year to year. Data was collected from historical records from CSR. From my findings, I hypothesized that fluctuations in the data represented how the industry was reacting to economic or political events. I also argued that consumer generated data better represented the status of the market.
