My project focused on Washington State energy policy and how it might be used to increase the share of renewable electricity generated in the State, as well as refine the system we already use. I assisted the members of Cascade Power Group in constructing strategies for their policy goals and methods for influencing state policymakers. I created a state energy policy roadmap, which outlines policy recommendations for a cleaner state energy profile. The document is provided on the company website directed toward state policymakers and industry stakeholders.
