For my capstone project I worked directly with People For Puget Sound’s education team in the role of Community Education Assistant. My primary duty was to plan the four fall installments of “Advocates for Puget Sound” speaker series. The primary goal of “Advocates for Puget Sound” is to provide environmentally aware citizens with the tools and information to become advocates for the health and well being of Puget Sound. While working at People For Puget Sound I also aided in the development and implementation of other ongoing education and outreach programs.
