message from ‘the front desk’ ***Hi all, I want to let you know that we’re rolling out an exciting new feature in the PoE Environmental Technology Lab!I’m installing Windows 7 Partitions and ArcGIS software onto the iMacs in the lab – perfect for GIS students fed up with the Sherman Lab (like me)!Unfortunately, you cannot access the “S” drive that work is usually saved on in the Sherman Lab, so if you want to bring your GIS lab project down here, you’ll need to take the whole folder that your project is in via flash drive to our lab.To access the Windows 7 operating system, just restart computers with the dualboot sticker and select the Windows logo on startup using the arrow keys.-Drew***
