[job] Making Social Change

**Post-Graduation 2015 Job Opportunities Making Social Change**

The Fund for the Public Interest (“the Fund”)**partners with leading nonprofit groups from around the country, providing the kind of people power it takes to build organizations for the long-term, win hard-fought campaigns, and make real change on some of the most important issues of our day. And we’re hiring!

We’re looking for smart, hard-working students who work well in a team and are eager to make real change after graduation.

Specifically, we’re hiring Citizen Outreach Directors to run our grassroots campaign offices across the country next fall – working on behalf of groups like Environment America and US PIRG.

We are looking for smart, motivated students who want to get their hands dirty and make a real impact on some of the most critical issues facing our society.

[Job] DIG Field School

http://digfieldschool.org/

The DIG Field School wishes to hire an individual for hourly work with pay rate dependent on experience level.

The tasks/responsibilities involved would be best categorized under the job description of a program assistant. Our field school takes place in the summer (Jul 31-Aug 4), but the lead up to this involves a lot of different tasks, from weeding through teacher applicants, composing emails to participants, taking meeting notes for the DIG team, pulling together handouts for the teachers, acquiring equipment/supplies for the field school, possibly lesson development and curriculum evaluation, etc.

The duration of the appointment would start ASAP and likely be until the field school in July and if things worked out well could extend beyond that, with approximately 10 hours per week (although the work does ebb and flow).

If you are interested in this opportunity, contact Dr. Greg
Wilson<gpwilson@u.washington.edu> and
Lauren Debay <laurendebey@gmail.com>.
