What are you doing this summer? Nourish International at the University of Washington offers students the opportunity to intern with community-based development organizations around the world. Nourish connects students with an interest in development and relevant skills to our partner organizations to further develop and implement community-driven projects for 5 weeks between July and September 2014. This summer, Nourish UW will be going to Uganda to partner with the Rural Health Care Foundation (RHCF). Nourish members will be working alongside community volunteers to build clean water systems that will directly impact over 1,500 rural peoples.
Applications are now available to be part of the team! Please email nourish@uw.edu for more information and for the application. If you are interested in finding out more about the organization and what we do on campus, please come to the weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 6:30 in THO 231. Anyone is welcome!
