Repeat Photography and its Applications within the Realm of Citizen Science
During my project I interned with Stillwaters Environmental Center in Kingston, WA. My internship duties consisted of analyzing five years’ worth of repeat photographs taken for the Carpenter Creek Estuary restoration project and compiling a literature review regarding the use of repeat photography in citizen science projects. I was curious as to how repeat photography can be used in citizen science projects as well as how a citizen science project could most effectively implement a repeat photography program. My first-hand experience combined with the findings from my research helped me discover that.
