My project centered on answering the question: how can nonprofit organizations increase citizen engagement in an issue? As an intern for People For Puget Sound I organized two ‘Rainwater Tours,’ which are designed to educate citizens about the negative effects of stormwater runoff and the simple solutions that can be implemented at home.
