During my internship, I focused my efforts on contributing to, and determining the effectiveness of King County’s “Don’t Flush Trouble” campaign, a program aimed towards informing the public on proper uses of the wastewater system. In order to do this, I gave an informative presenta- tion on best wastewater usage practices to different groups around King County to aid in King County’s educational outreach efforts. In order to determine the effectiveness of the campaign presentations, I administered surveys to the groups presented to and used data analysis to find meaningful results.
