The purpose of this project was to survey submerged marine habitat enhancement panels installed in Elliott Bay Seattle, WA. Using handheld cameras while scuba diving or remotely operated vehicles from shore, video images were collected to provide a visual chronicle of the panels and diverse groups of marine organisms, which inhabit this vertical intertidal zone. Edited videos have been presented to Washington Sea Grant as educational tools.
