There are currently a small number of openings on Camp Orkila’s spring 2012 staff, and we are looking for qualified applicants who would be a good fit for our program- teaching environmental education and facilitating program areas for visiting groups.

Polliwog Preschool is a new Mercer Slough program for preschoolers (3-5 years old). At Polliwog Preschool we focus on developing the whole child – socially, emotionally, mentally and physically – while initiating them into a lifelong,meaningful relationship with the natural world.

The Program on the Environment is currently accepting applications for 3 peer TA positions for the spring  quarter 2012 offering of ENVIR 100: Environmental Studies 100: Interdisciplinary Foundations. Peer TAs are registered undergraduate students with superior qualifications, who are trained in teaching skills, and serve in the same capacity as graduate student TAs.
