Canopy Connections

Seattle Audubon is gearing up to launch Canopy Connections, an exciting new citizen science project to map all of the trees in Seattle. Canopy Connections relies on citizen scientists to record local tree data which contributes to a city-wide, collaborative urban tree map.

Interested in learning more about what it takes to become an interpretive field guide? Celese Spencer and Suzy Karl (PoE alumna, class of ‘01!) will be teaching a course this summer A term about ‘Environmental Interpretation’.
